1. Online Reservations
The booking customer must fully register with his name, street address, telephone and e-mail address within the booking process. Immediately after the reservation has been finalized, both the booking customer and the hotel receive a system-generated booking confirmation based upon the data stored in the supplier’s database. With every reservation a valid and binding accommodation contract is completed between the booking customer and the hotel.
The prices and contingents stored in the supplier’s database are binding for both the hotel and the booking customer. The hotel guarantees the accommodation to the customer. The hotel accepts payments in the currency you have entered. The accommodation must comply with the minimum requirements pertaining to the typical basic equipment without any impairment. Rooms booked via the supplier’s websites must not show any impairment in quality.
Rooms booked will be held by the hotel operator until 6 p.m. local time on the day of arrival unless otherwise stated in the hotel or rate description or the booking and cancellation policy displayed. Thereafter the claim to the room/s reserved expires, unless the booking customer had informed the hotel operator directly about his late arrival. Bookings, which are guaranteed by a credit card need to be held throughout the whole night by the hotel.
2. Data and Rate Management
Through permanent access the hotel can change its data, such as room rates, number of rooms as well as descriptions and illustrations in order to adapt quickly to the market requirements and opportunities (e.g. by working with sales specials or last-minute-offers). All prices include VAT complying with legal requirements. Any other agreements must be transmitted by the hotel in written.
3. Bestprice Rates
By placing an internet bestprice rate the hotel guarantees this to be the lowest rate published or bookable on the internet. Neither on other distribution channels nor on his own website the hotel may sell rooms at lower rates. Price parity is accepted.
In return the supplier will assign a corresponding button as soon as/as long as the rate is being active and bookable, in order to direct the customer’s attention toward the participating hotel within the hotel listing.
Should a customer have booked this rate via one of the supplier’s websites and find a cheaper rate elsewhere, the hotel commits itself to pay the customers the price difference and adjust the rate on the supplier’s websites accordingly
